Music

Our church is blessed with many talented and dedicated music leaders. This creates a great opportunity for those of any age to become involved in the church through music. We have 3 vocal choirs and 1 bell choir.

Our senior choir is open to anyone from high school age and older. We average around 50 singers and sing a wide variety of music. We alternate singing at the early and late services. Practice is scheduled for Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.. The choir is directed by Tom Hales and accompanied by Lois Downs. The choir sings during weekly services from September through May. Special events include a Christmas Cantata, Christmas Eve service, Mardi Gras worship service, Easter services, and Church Music Sunday, which includes all choirs and their favorite numbers from the past year.

The Hallelujah Singers are a youth choir directed by Dave Swenson. Rehearsals are during Sunday School. The choir performs 4-5 times per year during worship. Participants are 3rd through 6th grade.

The Angel Singers are a group of elementary singers directed by Pauline Brittain. They rehearse during Sunday School. The choir perfoms 4-5 times per year during worship. Participants are three-year-olds through 3rd graders.

The Bell Choir is directed by Lois Downs. The Bell Choir includes Jr. High students through adult. They alternate playing at morning worship services, as well as special performances.

Fellowship

Fellowship Branch is a group that organizes social events to emphasize the time of year within the church and create an opportunity to get to know others. Many of their events enhance the events in the life of the church.
